What does this mean for you?

We will be accepting all orders that have a closing date of November 10th or prior.
All current orders will be handled professionally by Escrow Officer, Belle Conner, and our current back-office support team at Joy Title.
We (like other title companies) use several insurance providers to issue our title policies. Your client’s policies are held with the insurance provider, not the title agency.

Our back-office team will have access to Qualia (our software system), indefinitely. You, and/or your client, can reach out to access your past closing documents.
Your clients’ title insurance can be found on their policy that was given to them at closing.
